Nicole has always had a passion for real estate and a keen eye for identifying unique investment opportunities.
Early in her career, she began managing her own real estate while running a successful catering business. Later, she switched gears and moved to Los Angeles, California, where she built a name for herself as one of the top food stylists and recipe consultants in the U.S. You’ve likely seen her styling on some of your favourite TV shows, cookbooks, magazines, and those pesky commercials. Fun fact: Nicole has turned down Opera more than once and fed the love-hated car mogul and one of his baby mommas.
After almost 3 decades in the food industry, Nicole decided it was time to hang up her apron and return to another long-time love — real estate. Over the years, she has gained valuable hands-on experience with short-term rentals, long-term tenants, purchasing, and growing property value through strategic investments.
A city girl at heart, Nicole was born and raised in downtown Toronto. But as life would have it, she took a leap and invested in Grey County to be closer to family — and never looked back. Drawn by the area’s charm, affordability, vibrant arts community, and four-season lifestyle, she quickly fell in love with everything Grey County has to offer.
Nicole’s strong business acumen, creative eye, and genuine love for the region are the foundation of her work as a Realtor.
